Pilgrim Park is a community that is carefully planned to deliver affordable housing along with social activities and services to our residents. Established in 1971, there are 61 apartment units with 130 residents. Located in San Rafael, CA, this is a peaceful, calm, compassionate, and understanding community that is inter-generational, cross-cultural, and multi-ethnic. 36 units are Section-8 housing and 25 units are below market price. Residents have respect for one another and for the environment in which they live. A state-of-the-art community center designed by Barbara Brown, a Sausalito architect, was recently completed and serves as a focal point for group gatherings.
